We are looking for an Experienced Architect / Interior Designer
This is an exciting opportunity to join our collaborative design studio, which offers a supportive working environment, flexibility, and access to some of Sydney's most exclusive high-end residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage more than one project from start to finish.
Collaborate with the Directors and oversee project development with clients from conceptual design through construction.
Demonstrate excellent leadership and operate confidently at the senior level.
Work collaboratively with a small to medium-sized team, reviewing the design and documentation packages, ensuring compliance with the studio's quality standards, as well as providing leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
Providing strong design skills and technical capabilities to studio projects.
Represent the interests of the studio at key stakeholder and client meetings.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate for the role will be an all-rounder with the following experience, skillset, and attributes.
5+ years' experience (or equivalent) working on Architectural and Interior Design of high-quality residential projects.
Hold a Bachelor's Degree (or Master's Degree) in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
Proficient in modelling & documenting in Revit and AutoCAD
Experience preferred in Enscape, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Extensive knowledge and ability to manage projects in all design stages.
Strong understanding of Australian standards, building codes, and construction processes.
Passion for design excellence and commitment to timely delivery of project deadlines
Experience in business development for practice growth.
Excellent client communication skills (Proficient in Mandarin will be considered).
